When one of our Technicians was digging a trench along the external perimeter of a home in Carindale, Brisbane, in preparation for a chemical treatment, he found live termites entering through a very small hole in the mortar at the base of the footings. This is a common occurrence for a slab on ground home that doesn’t have a current chemical treatment in place to prevent this concealed entry.
